These terms apply when you order from zaap, operated by [Legal business name], [registered address]. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Prices and availability are those shown at checkout for the store serving your location. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and the store accepts it. If an item becomes unavailable, the store may contact you in the order chat to swap or remove it, and any difference is refunded.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure someone is available at the address you entered, or choose store pickup.

Cancellations and refunds

You can ask to cancel in the order chat before your order leaves the store. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. [Returns policy for faulty items.]

Your account

Keep your password private. You can delete your account any time from Account → Delete account.
