What it does

The TEC1-12710 Peltier Module creates heating or cooling through the thermoelectric effect. When DC current flows, one side becomes hot while the other becomes cold, enabling solid-state temperature control without moving parts.

Good to know

  • Thermal paste required on both sides for good heat transfer
  • Can be stacked (cascaded) for greater temperature difference
